Block Island Fishing trips are for the angler who is seeking a trophy sized Striper.
Many large Stripers can be caught on the same excursion, so be sure to enter the
pool before departing from the dock in the morning. Block Island has produced many large Stripers for the " Adrianna ". In fact, in the last 3 years alone she has landed 16 fish over 50 pounds and 2 of those fish in the 60 pound class. Block Island has to be the last known secret to Striper Fishing. With July and August being the top months for large Bass, it's not uncommon to catch fish in the 40 pound class on every trip. The tackle we use to land these monsters is unlike other charter boats. We specialize in light tackle methods and even after landing the fish you still can not believe what you just accomplished with such light tackle. We have had Stripers up to 54 pounds on 15 lb tackle and Stripers tipping the scale at 65 pounds on 20 lb tackle. If you don't find that an exciting task then check your pulse!
